Resurrection 101Starting Wednesday, August 27, at 6:00 PM, we will explore life at Church of the Resurrection and the Anglican way of following Christ.
Whether you’re preparing for confirmation, exploring the Christian faith, or simply new to Church of the Resurrection, we invite you to join our upcoming 8-week Catechism Class.
This class is designed to help you grow deeper in your relationship with Christ, understand the beauty of Anglican worship, and connect with our parish family.
Here’s what you can expect:
When: Wednesdays at 6:00 PM, starting August 27
Where: Church of the Resurrection. 909 Madison St.
What: We’ll go through "To Be a Christian: An Anglican Catechism" and learn more about worship and how it all ties into a deeper walk with Christ.
Fellowship: Share a potluck meal each week and build community
Childcare: Provided every week
Not just childcare! They will be learning and growing in Christ too!
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our worship and how it draws us into the life of Christ. For those who are ready this is also a preparation for confirmation.
Mark your calendar: On the Sunday following our last class, October 19th, Bishop Frank will be with us to confirm all those ready to take this next step in their faith.
