COME TO RUIN makes their Jacksonville debut June 27th at Resurgence Goth Night — Jacksonville’s largest live music goth gathering. 🦇⚰️We are beyond excited to finally bring these New Orleans deathrockers to Jacksonville and give our crowd an experience that fits the Resurgence mission perfectly — rooted in classic goth, while also celebrating the future of dark music instead of simply living in the past.
Mournful deathrock straight from the void, COME TO RUIN channels the spirit of early Bauhaus, Christian Death, Mephisto Walz, Xmal Deutschland, and Samhain into something immersive, atmospheric, and deeply alive. Smoke, incense, dead roses, candles, haunting bass lines, cryptic lyrics, and cavernous guitars create the feeling of stepping into another world entirely.
Resurgence has always been about honoring the foundations of goth while keeping the scene alive, evolving, and energized through new bands, new sounds, and new experiences for the community. COME TO RUIN embodies that spirit perfectly, and we know you’ll all love their show.
DJ K*ll Bill will be spinning before and after the live performance, keeping the dance floor alive deep into the night.
