This IAP, the Women's League is offering a series of workshops centered on professional development in partnership with MIT HR. We hope youll join us!

Join us in person at the Learning Lab, NE49-5145. This workshop is open to the MIT Community.

Great resumes and cover letter highlight your education, skills, experience and interests in relation to specific job requirements. When put together well, they can grab the attention of hiring managers and open the door for interviews. This workshop will cover key components to make your resume stand out from the rest.

1. Understand the differences between resume types
2. Draft a resume that is clear and concise and relates to your specific career and job search goals
3. Tailor your resume and cover letters for the position you are applying
4. Use language to describe your experience in ways that attract the reader
