Our cOMmUNITY, Restoring the Heart, Sacred Grief Circle allows those with similar lives experiences to hold space for one another to sit with their grief, gain clarity, insight and understanding, and in many ways find a feeling of validatation along their own journey, while discovering similarities within the path of others. You are not alone!This is a free community offering, donations are welcomed and are not mandatory
Join us for the Restoring the Heart, Sacred Grief Circle, a gathering where we embrace collective healing and community mourning to honor and express the depths of our grief and life's challenges. In this sacred space, we pay tribute to our ancestors and engage in a transformative ceremony using wellness tools, somatic practices, and reflective prompts to move stagnant emotions and revitalize our energy. This circle offers a supportive environment to navigate and heal our shared and personal sorrows.
This is a compassionate space to find solace in a community with similar lived experiences. Show up wherever you are along your journey of life after loss. Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, processing the reality of your own approaching transition, or rebuilding after a relationship and/or finding your way back to Self, this safe, sacred, cOMmUNITY space is welcoming you exactly where you're at.
Through storytelling and sharing, taking deep reflective pauses, and applying restorative energy healing, we'll encourage each other to put voice to your truth, share your emotions, and lean into the vulnerability of it all, while honoring the life once lived.

Our Sacred Grief Gathering Welcome
Our doors open at 6pm! Come in, relax, remove your shoes, pour yourself a cup of tea or water, enter our Sacred Studio space, add your photo and/or offering to the collective altar, select a seat,
chairs, tables & cushions for floor space will be available, give yourself a moment to breathe & simply just be present. We’ll start by 6:15pm as we all settle in

Our Sacred Grief Circle Begins
Prior to opening our Sacred Grief Circle, we will acknowledge our Community Altar and honor & bless to our Ancestors, our families, loved ones, friends, pets and all those who came before us. A very loose flowing agenda will include: Introductions and Community Check-In, A Connection, Relaxing meditation & calming breath, will provide a Contemplative & Transformative Prompt (either for journaling or meditation, sometimes both) & move on to Our Compassionate, Reflective, Holding Space Share. Depending on the group size, a time limit may be imposed out of respect for all. As each person shares their reflection, Mara & Group we will hold space in comfort to offer support, provide restorative energy healing, and intuitive touch during and after the share.
*Please note, if you are opposed to physical touch (a gentle laying of hands), the facilitator will explain to the group how to express this with quiet, nonverbal cues at the beginning of our time together.
The session may be closed with an oracle card draw, time to add a written word, memory to our Restoring the Heart cOMmUNITY Canvas, or meditation, simple guided movement, or breathing technique to release any stuck emotions.
Our Sacred Grief Circle will be ceremonially closed with reminder of complete confidentiality of all present.
No sessions will be exactly the same, each session is based on the energy & presence within our Circle.

Our Post Circle cOMmUNITY
Release & Connect space
Up to 30 minutes after the circle has closed, we’ll have time to finish discussions, have another cup of tea or water, ask questions, and connect with one another. Community building, especially along the grief journey, is beautiful and highly encouraged during the grief process. We’ll be coming together possibly monthly and this will deepen and enrich the work as we begin to get to know one another.
With respect to each other & the time reserved for our Sacred Grief Circle we leave the space by 8pm.
