Come join us for a rejuvenating day dedicated to restoring and replenishing our health at Haven of Knightdale, a scenic oasis on 40 acres of land.
This retreat is specially designed for Black women and those who identify as Black women seeking healing, renewal, and connection while indulging in a different kind of self-care. Take part in elevated guided meditation sessions, restorative yoga classes, healing circles, and empowering workshops. And then…we’ll let loose and have some fun playing games, ending the day with the celebration of ourselves we deserve!
Retreat price includes breakfast, lunch, and two edibles. For those who want to elevate further, edibles, flower, and mocktails will be avaiable for purchase onsite.*
