The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice is thrilled to announce that the 4th Annual Restoring Hope Training Summit will take place, October 25-26, 2022 in Orlando, Florida. This year’s theme is “Breaking the Stigma Surrounding Mental Health.” Last year we were excited as over 450 professionals gathered to improve mental and behavioral health for Florida’s youth. We invite you to join us for this year’s event along with hundreds of professionals in juvenile justice, law enforcement, education, social services, and faith-based communities. The summit will feature pre- summit juvenile justice stakeholder meetings, plenary sessions, luncheons, educational workshops, and educational exhibits. Come, enhance skills, build strategies, and grow your personal network with peers from across the state.
Summit Highlights will include: Pre-Summit juvenile justice stakeholder meetings, plenary sessions, luncheons, educational workshops, and exhibits. The summit will provide educational information on juvenile justice services, resources, highlight effective prevention and intervention strategies, and encourage capacity building amongst juvenile justice service providers.
