Plus, it’s a community-driven experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others in a safe, supportive space. Together, we will explore the power of holistic healing, focusing on the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of wellness.
Through guided mindfulness exercises, gentle movement, and heartfelt conversations, you will be encouraged to let go of what weighs you down and embrace hope and healing. This day is for you—whether you're seeking rest, renewal, or simply a moment to breathe. Join a circle of women who understand life's challenges and are here to support one another as we rise together, stronger than ever.
Highlights include:
- Mindful meditation and yoga for emotional release and physical relaxation that will include our horses wandering as you flow under the guidance of Kim Quan
- An opportunity to create your charcuterie board to nourish your body at the cart with The Board House
- Replenish with a cold-pressed organic juice from our local SWFL juicers, Indigo & Sage
- Treat yourself to education on lymphatic draining and indulge in gua sha with Along Came Stephanie
