We will use techniques and concepts from the ancient practice of qigong to help release stress and anxiety, stay present and grounded, and raise our emotional frequency. Pennie will incorporate intention, breath and gentle movements to help transform and replenish your life-force energy. By stabilizing and energizing your entire Being, you increase your ability to shine your Light outward to help create the positive environment we envision. This gathering is suitable for all abilities and physical capabilities, as all movements can be done seated.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Pennie Pries is a Tier I Lee Holden certified qigong instructor, with a background of teaching, coaching, silent counseling, theta healing and real-life experiences and personal health challenges. She leads qigong at the FSC and online (through her business, Energy Shifts with Pennie), teaches two exercises classes a week for the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program and works on an individual basis for deeper emotional clearing and tailored movements practices to meet specific physical/health challenges.
