About this Event
You are invited to enjoy a mindful movement class at MOVE Leesburg - Leesburg’s newest premier event loft.
Your ticket will include one 60 minute Restore to Flow Yoga session with Rhonda Wilson followed by light treats and refreshments.
Restore to Flow is gentle and designed to leave you feeling better in your body. It does this by blending moments of stillness with gentle breath focused movements. This approach releases tension, melts away feelings of stress, and increases range of motion so you can feel both flexible and grounded mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Stay after class to enjoy the event loft, light fare and refreshments, and make new friends.
