Each chakra has a sound associated with it, all of which resonate at a different frequency, called Bija Mantra.
In this workshop you'll find the power within you to access your life force, as we delve into each chakra through yoga poses and the Bija Mantras. We'll use our voice and resulting vibrations to channel the life force energy in our bodies.
