About this Event

Restore is an immersive breathwork experience designed to restore the connection between mind and body. This 1 hour class will help participants let go of stagnant emotions and stress, and revitalize their energy through a harmonious blend of breathwork, Qigong and meditation practices.

What to expect:

Each class begins with breathwork instruction designed to increase integration of the core and set a mental intention for the practice. This is followed by a gentle Qigong flow that will improve blood flow and connect the body to your intention. Finally, we take the breathwork to the floor for a restorative guided meditation. During this portion of the class, participants often experience a deep meditative state where they are able to let go of negative energy and experience personal clarity and inner peace.

By the end of the class, participants should feel a renewed sense of vitality as well as a deepened connection to themselves, carrying the benefits of the session into the rest of their day.

No prior experience needed. This class is great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

What to bring:

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any other meditative supplies you desire.

Chairs will be provided for individuals that do not wish to sit/lay on the floor.

Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing

Water

An open heart and mind

About the instructor:

Respire Health Coaching is owned and operated by Miranda Stauffer, Certified Health Coach and Breathwork Specialist. Miranda's passion for health coaching began with her own personal experience with autoimmune disease and professional burnout working in healthcare. Like so many others, Miranda needed to experience a physical and mental "wake up call" to guide her to a path of better health and well being. Now she is dedicated to helping her clients do the same. Miranda's 20+ years of combined coaching experience allows her to effortlessly combine eastern wisdom, science based modalities and modern holistic practices to help individuals foster a deep connection within themselves. While this journey of self discovery and connection can get heavy for some, Miranda's enthusiastic personality helps her clients feel uplifted and at ease. She believes in being a strong ally for her clients' wellbeing and can't wait for you to join her on the path.
