Restore on the Floor is a gentle, somatic, floor-based practice (not yoga) supporting autonomic nervous system stabilisation, with a focus on the Vagus Nerve and optimal magnetic energy polarity flow.Each 2-hour session offers space to slow down and recalibrate through:

My work is grounded in polyvagal therapy and energy medicine and is designed to support regulation, presence, focus, and overall wellbeing.
