Summer Wellness at Alisal Ranch promises an immersive experience blending the serene backdrop of the ranch’s natural beauty with a curated selection of classes and events designed to invigorate and refresh attendees. Summer Wellness begins Wednesday, August 27th through Friday, August 29th.Kick off your Summer Wellness and join us for a Healthy Happy Hour. After Happy Hour, immerse yourself is a deeply relaxing Sound Bath led by Sherrie Matthews. Optional acupuncture will be available during class to enhance the experience.
On Thursday, rise and shine with breakfast then lace up your hiking boots for a refreshing morning hike surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, we will have a very special Ear Seed Class led by Sherrie Matthews, where you’ll learn how to use these tiny seeds, placed on specific points of the ear, to stimulate acupuncture. Ear seeds are known to help alleviate stress, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being, allowing you to take home a lasting sense of balance and calm. As the day comes to a close, unwind with a tranquil Sunset Yoga Class to bring peace to the body and mind. Participants will also have the unique opportunity to partake in a Full Moon Manifestation and Moon Bathing Meditation, both deeply immersive experiences known for their therapeutic effects on the mind and body.
