Restore and Regulate, 4-Part Series

Tired of big classes where you feel like just another face in the room?
Restore & Regulate was intentionally designed to be the opposite. This is an ultra-small, body-based nervous system series with a maximum of three participants. It is about as close to one-on-one support as you can get in a group format, without the pressure or intensity of individual therapy.

This four-part body-based therapy, 75-minute series is grounded in a polyvagal-informed approach. In simple terms, we gently work with your autonomic nervous system (ANS) to help your body shift out of constant fight, flight, or shut down, and into a calmer, more connected state.

Each week you are guided through gentle movement, restorative shapes, breathwork, orienting, and grounding. Everything is choice-based, with no touch, no manual adjustments, and no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. The group is quiet, steady, and personalized to your pace.

Restore & Regulate may be a good fit if you feel tense, wired, burned out, or numb, and you want practical, body-based tools to feel more regulated in daily life.

Fee: $60 per session, four-session series ($240 total). Registration reserves one of only three spots and is a commitment to all four dates. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, transferred, or made up.

Designed by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and facilitated by an experienced Yoga Teacher / Somatic Practitioner. This is a wellness and education program and does not replace individual psychotherapy or crisis services.
