Restore and Regulate, 4-Part Series

Restore & Regulate is a small-group, body-based series designed with a polyvagal-informed approach. In plain terms, we work with the autonomic nervous system (ANS)—the body’s built-in stress and safety pathways—to help you spend more time in the ventral vagal state (the system linked with calm, connection, and clear thinking) and less time stuck in fight/flight or shut-down. Sessions use gentle movement, breath, orienting, and grounding to send the body cues of safety, so regulation becomes more accessible in daily life. Everything is choice-based (no touch or manual adjustments), adaptable to different bodies, and paced to support steadiness—not overwhelm.

Pricing is $60 per session for a four-part series (total $240). Registration reserves your spot for all four dates and is a commitment to the full series; missed sessions are not refunded, credited, transferred, or made up.

4-part series with 75-minute sessions. Designed by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and facilitated by an experienced Yoga Teacher/ Somatic Practitioner.
