Some time for you without the commitments of daily life, time for your wellness of body, mind and soul. Includes Hatha Yoga class, Restorative Yoga class, guided meditation, ending with a connecting lunch with like minded souls. Please note, hot drinks provided, plates and cutlery. Your choice to either bring a plate to share or your individual lunch.Reserve your place now as this intimate retreat is for a maximum of 12 people. 9.30am to 1pm.
Props for all participants will be supplied, however please BYO yoga mat, 2 towels and a blanket.
Lunch- feel free to bring your own packed lunch or a plate to share for a connecting lunch with like minded Yogis. Hot drinks will be provided. There is no microwave, yet a Fridge is available
