About this Event
We are excited to partner with Adventures in Training with a Purpose (ATP) to offer our Military Mindful Movement Moment (4M) program at their facility in Wexford, PA! ATP is focused on improving the quality of life for veterans, active duty military, and first responders through their specialized division called Aurelius, which helps individuals achieve a better tomorrow through a holistic mind, body, and soul program.
Join instructor Gina Wilkes for safe and effective movement, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to support health, resilience, and personal growth. You can take these techniques with you outside of this class to help alleviate stressors at any time.
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a mat, towel, and/or cushion on which to sit.
This program is open to anyone who has ever served in the military and a guest. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
