Join us for a nourishing experience - practicing Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra.Whilst being carried by earthly vibrations to send you into a deep restful state.
Restorative Yoga opens a space to be introspective and relax during your yoga practice. It is a meditative, slow paced yoga practice that works with stillness and flow. The breath is used as a medium to connect awareness with feeling.
Yoga Nidra - is a nourishing and effortless practice where you again practice stillness, involving no physical movement, practicing listening and resting (which can be a challenge as the mind wants to think). Yoga Nidra, can be practiced by anyone, it helps improve sleep, mental clarity, creativity, rest and healing.
Tibetan bowls give multiple subtle harmonies across several tones, each bowl generating two notes and all bowls harmonically matched, so creating an ambient soundscape conducive to the beginning of abstraction from bodily awareness.
Indian bansuri flute blending improvised slow melody from motion to stillness through tangible expression of the cycle of breath, structured via the meditative classical raga system of yogic sound.
Music to reconnect us with inner peace and stillness of mind.
