Join us for an experience of deep rest and rejuvenation in this soothing workshop that blends the calming support of Restorative Yoga with the therapeutic resonance of Sound Healing.Sarita will guide you through gentle, supported postures designed to regulate the nervous system, relieve tension, and invite a sense of calm. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is comfortably held in restful positions, creating the ideal conditions for deep stillness, inner quiet, and natural healing to emerge.
Sound healing is an ancient global practice where powerful vibrations and frequencies positively influence the body, mind, and spirit. While you rest, Kelvin will lead a nurturing sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, chimes, and other healing instruments. This activates deep relaxation, calms the mind, eases the body, and nourishes the soul.
All necessary props will be provided by the studio, though you’re welcome to bring your own or a pillowcase to cover the bolster.
No prior yoga experience is needed. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
