This 90-minute event invites you to experience deep relaxation through a therapeutic, somatic practice that integrates yoga, sound, and aromatherapy.

Your journey begins with an introduction to Farhad Khan Wellness products, followed by the application of Rest + Receive Oil on your wrists. During restorative yoga poses, you will be bathed in the sounds of the crystal bowls, chimes and steel drum, during which you will be gently misted with the soothing Maha Love Mist to enhance relaxation.

Before the gong bath, the Warming Muscle Balm is applied where it's needed most to release tension. You'll then experience a deeply restorative gong bath for ultimate relaxation.

This curated experience is designed to nurture and relax you, providing a cozy, therapeutic retreat just in time for the busy winter season.

The Cost of this event includes yoga, sound bath and these products to take with you to continue your self-care rituals at home.
