We are excited to present a talented member of our community, Erica Uhler, who will play the harp for Nicole's restorative workshop with month!
Join us for this restorative workshop to decompress from the busy-ness of life and practice introspection and self care. Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, gentle, and soothing practice. We will hold simple physical postures completely supported by props. The intent of this practice is to soothe and regulate the nervous system. This practice is deeply healing and magical.
