This class combines the soothing elements of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with the warmth of "hot" stones to aid deep relaxation. After being guided into supportive restorative postures, warm stones will be placed on your body as you rest and enjoy deep nourishment. About the instructor: Kristen Kolenda is clinical and non-clinical Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and mental health researcher living in Brookline. She teaches weekly group yoga classes online and in person that focus on physical, mental and emotional wellness. When she's not teaching she loves to spend time with her family, bond with her horses (Sweetie and Maverick) and dog (Demo) and foster dogs for Animal Friends.
