Restorative yoga uses props to hold the body in easeful shapes. Once the props are set, we will hold each pose for 2-10 minutes, allowing the mind and body to sink into a deep, coherent relaxation. It is a wonderful complement to any physical practice, and for anybody living in this fast-paced modern world.
You will need:A high quality yoga mat (studio mat rentals are $5)Water (we have a water refill station in studio)Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional chargeWe totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
