🪷Restorative Yoga with assists & Sound Bath Relaxation Session Saturday October 4th at 10:30am . We welcome guest yoga instructor, Cyndi Reames from Danville Yoga & Meditation Center this month . *Preregistration is required by calling The Larimar Lotus at 434-228-7500~only 10 spots available to provide a personal & unique relaxing session for each attending.
Join us to experience the deep healing rest of Restorative Yoga with optional assists led by Cyndi Reames along with resonant relaxation sounds of Crystal & Tibetan Bowls played by our certified Sound Instructor, Sheryl Grekos.
Restorative Yoga is a restful practice suitable for all levels even if you have never done yoga. In this session you will use props like yoga blocks, bolsters, or blankets to support the poses while you then…..just relax….while optional assists are given. Allowing the body to relax and slow down helps release stress and tension.
The weaving together of Restorative Yoga with the relaxing vibrations of Crystal & Tibetan Bowls brings many added benefits to the body. Sound reaches cellular level , even to DNA level, helping to reset the whole body, the mind, the heart, the spirit. These sacred instruments are very powerful to bring balance back to the body.
Please bring a mat, pillow, and blanket if you like. We have extra yoga mats if you need one.
Please arrive 15 mins early to make sure you are settled and comfortable. Session starts promptly to honor everyone’s schedule .
Cost $20 ($22 cc)*This is a 75 min session. Cancellation is required by 5pm the day before for refund of session fee. Refunds are not given for no show the day of the session. #restorativeyoga #soundhealing #relax
