Dr. Jess Huck is back with another fun restorative class collab. This time we're combining restorative yoga with acupuncture! Each person will receive acupuncture for a portion of the classIntensity Level: Gentle, Restorative

Cost: $35
Sensory Notes: Please note this class includes acupuncture (needles) services. A brief demo will be given at the beginning of class, and each student will receive acupuncture during class.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough.
Parking: Parking is available on Putnam and Second Streets at no charge on the weekends.
A waiver is signed at the beginning of each class that states you agree to take charge of your own practice and listen to your body. We also do a class photo but you never have to be in it, and we ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂 Dr. Jess will also have a separate waiver to sign for acupuncture services.
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
An email reminder will be sent out the day before class with any last-minute details, parking info, and/or any important last-minute updates. Please make sure we have your best contact email on file to get class updates. We won't spam you, promise.
