Join us at MISSION YOGA for an incredible 2-day immersion on the science, philosophy, and application of Restorative Yoga. During this comprehensive weekend, you will soak in the benefits of the practice and leave with new skills for your own personal practice and/or to teach publicly.
*NO PRIOR TEACHING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
