Restorative yoga is designed to restore, relax and rejuvenate the body. By using bolsters, blankets, and other props, the body is able to be totally supported as it holds poses for a longer period of time which then promotes a deep state of relaxation. A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle, yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. Add to these experiences, the healing energy of Reiki. This Japanese form of stress reduction will guide you to a deeper connection to the natural life flow. Benefits include:
Boosts the immune system
Enhances mood
Soothes your nervous system
Increases focus and clarity
Decreases tension and fatigue
Promotes a good nights sleep
Join us in this effortless 75-min class full of deep relaxation and restoration for the body mind and spirit!
