Join us for a deeply relaxing and nourishing evening of Restorative Yoga and Healing Sound Bath that will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and completely at ease.
🧘♀️ Emily Turin will guide you through gentle restorative yoga poses while offering her healing touch to support relaxation and ease tension in every posture. This class is designed to melt away stress and restore your sense of peace.
🎶 Jodie will weave a mesmerizing sound bath throughout the session, using crystal bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments to bathe you in soothing vibrations. The harmonious sounds will deepen your relaxation and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
