Friday, 10/3: 7:00 - 9:00 PM
Saturday, 10/4: 1:00 - 5:00 PM
Sunday, 10/5: 11:00 - 3:00 PM
Over the course of this nurturing weekend, you will:
Learn the principles and philosophy of Restorative Yoga
Explore the nervous system and the role of rest in healing
Understand the intelligent use of props and alignment for maximum support
Practice hands-on assists and creative prop variations
Discover sequencing strategies for private sessions and group classes
Gain experience guiding others with presence, clarity, and compassion
Whether you’re looking to enrich your current teaching, offer specialized restorative classes, or simply replenish your own well-being, this training is a chance to slow down, reconnect, and deepen your capacity to hold space .
Open to certified yoga teachers and teachers-in-training.
Learn from an Expert! Emily Darling is a E-RYT 500 Yoga instructor and registered YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). Emily brings 30 years field experience teaching Restorative Yoga and has attended training sessions with Restorative Yoga experts Judith Hanson Lasater and Suzette Scholtes. Emily is certified at the Practitioner-level through Chris Jorgenson of Heartland Attunement. She has extensive expertise with illness and chronic conditions, healing energy work and more.
