During some of the Restorative postures you will get the added benefit of being bathed in soothing sounds from crystal bowls.💗 This special class will end with an extra long Sound Bath Savasana (final resting position).

This class is designed to promote stress relief, and the inner peace that is created when we can fully step out of our stress response and partner with our parasympathetic nervous system to release tension.
The crystal bowls create a symphony of sounds that wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of calm. The pure tones and vibrations invite the mind into a relaxed, meditative state that can improve mood, ease physical tension, and “tune-up” your nervous system. The sound waves coming from the singing bowls slow your brain waves to help you reach a deep meditative state.
