Our Reiki Master & Restorative Yoga Guide, Jeanette Ortega-Hewitt will guide you through relaxing Restorative yoga poses which are slower & more restful, which is meant to melt away muscle tension & create space in the body. Along with gentle reiki healing, you will experience peace in mind, body, soul.
Our Sound Healer, Vasiliki Dikarou will be leading a deep sound healing meditation. Her frequencies support and protect your emotional balance and promote deeper insight and clarity for your life.
