Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation, that can bring about incredible calmness, focus, and clarity to the physical body and mind. This practice can be supportive for chronic pain, sleep support, stress and anxiety reduction, emotional healing, and overall well-being. Optional: Bring your own blanket, eye pillow, or anything else that will support you during the meditation. Option to bring a journal or sketchbook to use during reflection time.
