Sensory Notes: Please note this class includes chemical peel services (that are harsh on the skin). Each student will receive a mini chemical peel face treatment during class.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough.
It’s most important to bring a bolster, overstuffed pillow or couch cushion with you to this class.
Please dress for comfort, in clothing you don’t mind getting a bit messy.
Parking: Parking is available on Putnam and Second Streets.
We ask that if you take photos in class, to make sure everyone in the photos wants to be.
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for.
