Join us for beach yoga on the beautiful beaches of Grand Isle! This class is open to All Levels. * DONATION BASED CLASS*

Class Description:
This Class is a Restorative based class. Set to smoothing sounds and perfect for beginners to seniors and everything in between . We will hold poses longer and utilize the breathe to deepen.

This will be an 1-hour class lead by 500Hr Certified Yoga teach Fallon Ellender- Fe

Beach Access is the one by Bridgeside Marina !
Please hit "INTERESTED" or "GOING" if you would like to stay update on the class.

What to wear? Please wear something comfortable . Something you can move around in. Shorts, yoga clothes, tank top, leggings. Try down dog in it if you "fall out" well put something else on . ;-)

Please bring your own mat or big beach towel to practice on., Refillable bottle water FULL OF WATER we must keep hydrated.( no GLASS) and also what ever you need . Following covid- regulations -at this moment.

EVERYONE MUST SIGN IN & SIGN WAVIER. ( just need to this ONE time;-)

When placing your mat down after signing in please make sure you have 6ft space from one another unless you are in the same family.
