About this Event
The DC Mayor's Office of Veterans Affairs is partnering up with the SheWins Network provide free monthly yoga sessions to the DC veteran community. Led by Army Veteran Mojisola Edu, this hour-long yoga session aims to assist the disabled veteran community by providing free exercise and meditation to attendees. The exercises are designed to be low difficulty and we welcome all skill levels to participate.
The event will be held at the Reeves Municipal Center, located at 14th and U St NW. All are welcome. The event will also be live streamed via Microsoft Teams for anyone that would like to join virtually.
