Restorative yoga is a gentle yet powerful yoga practice.
We use props like bolsters, blankets, cushions and blocks to support the body in restful, comfortable supported shapes.
It’s about letting go and deeply relaxing.
You stay in each pose for longer duration allowing the nervous system to shift into a state of healing and rest.
