take time for yourself at the end of the week, relax, release and come back home to your own body ❤️During this 75 minutes Restorative Flow class we will take time to dive deeper within, relax the body and mind and move through a gentle Asana sequencing helping to balance, harmonise and open the body and mind.
We will meet 2 times every month in Pfarrmorzg from September to December.
