Restorative yoga allows you to rest and fully relax while holding a small number of asanas (poses) for longer periods of time. Using the aid of props like bolsters and stacks of blankets, you can relax while letting the props do the work of holding you in the asana. We’ll move slowly gently, and stay on the ground the entire practice, concluding with a relaxing pranayama (breath) practice and a long savasana.Class size limited to 10; please register prior to arriving for class.
Please bring a yoga mat. All other props provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Bringing an eye pillow is a nice addition.
