What to Expect

Re-awaken your body, settle your mind, and bathe your spirit in sound:

1. Accessible Warm-Up & Intention Setting (30 min)Gentle, all-levels stretching opens the joints and anchors your intention for the morning.
2. Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra (90 min)Sink into long-held, fully supported postures while Scotty & Kae guide you through a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation—an effortless journey toward inner stillness.
3. Crystal Bowl Sound Bath (30 min)Allow shimmering quartz crystal tones to wash over you, harmonizing every cell as you integrate the practice.

From absolute beginners to longtime yogis, anyone craving nervous-system ease, gentle movement, and sonic bliss is welcome. No previous yoga, meditation, or “flexibility” required—only curiosity and the willingness to rest.

• Yoga mat.
• Comfortable, layered clothing (the body cools as it relaxes).
• Water bottle — complimentary water available on site.
• Optional but wonderful: yoga blocks, blanket, and/or bolster (a firm pillow works, too), If you have favorite supports, feel free to bring them!
