Give yourself an evening of deep rest, nourishment, and emotional release.

This Restorative Yoga class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel supported on every level — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Hosted by Healing Light.

This is a 1.5-hour gentle and therapeutic Restorative Yoga experience.

All poses are fully supported with props, allowing your body to soften and release without effort.

Throughout the class, you will experience:

Long-held restorative poses that help your body shift into a state of calm and balance.

A safe space that allows stuck or heavy emotions to gently come to the surface and dissolve.

I guide the class intuitively, offering elements that support the energy of the room.

This may include:

• Water stick
  
• Ocean drum
  
• Gentle Reiki
  
• Energetic support to help you feel safe and held
  

Each sound and touch is meant to help you release tension, relax deeply, and reconnect with your heart.

In each posture, I share a soft, loving phrase to help you stay present, grounded, and connected to your inner world.

We begin with a grounding meditation to prepare your body and mind for rest.

At the end, you may receive the goat, giving your neck and head additional support so your whole body can fully melt into stillness.
