This nurturing practice of slow, mindful movement leading into Shavasana will sooth and calm the nervous system and body.
Restorative yoga is the practice of using props to support one in restful postures, allowing the mind and body to feel supported and calm. Please dress in loose and comfortable clothes; bring water, a yoga mat, blanket(s), and eye pillow. The space has yoga bolsters, blocks, and a few blankets.
Donation is $10, which can be offered by cash, venmo, paypal or debit card.

This session is being offered by Connie Lucas, RYT 200, Restorative/Yoga Align/Reiki Practitioner, who has been practicing yoga, starting in 1980, and teaching since 2014. Connie is currently teaching Mindful Chair Yoga at TMC for seniors.
