Please join us for this weekend immersion in to the study of Restorative Yoga. A style of Yoga that helps to balance a modern life as well as assists in inducing deep rest, restoration, vitality, and a sense of being-ness.We will discuss the philosophy of Restorative Yoga as well as explore various poses, shapes, and postures conducive to a state of relaxation and support. We will learn and practice various supported poses, as well as learning about props and how we may utilize them as support for our practice and as a catalyst to a full nervous system reset.
Part of this weekend will be focused on refining our teaching including; voice and modulation, assists, setting students in restful shapes.
