Wednesday from 6–7 PM for Restorative/Relaxing Yoga by Candlelight at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. An optional 10-minute guided meditation will be offered at the end to further quiet the mind and deepen your practice.

Take a midweek pause to breathe, release tension, and recharge in a peaceful setting (we will be inside the hotel when winter arrives, there is bad weather or the garden is booked by another party - we will hold an indoor class by candlelight).
