This class is designed for all levels. Beginners welcome!
This class offers a sanctuary for replenishing energy reserves and restoring balance through gentle movements, supported poses, and deep relaxation. Ideal for calming the nervous system or beginning the day with a low-stress activity.
After class, walk upstairs and indulge in a delicious brunch at Plant City!* It's the perfect Saturday morning activity in Providence.
*Food is not included as part of this event.
What to bring:
- A water bottle
- A yoga mat or exercise mat if you have one. We will have extra.
- We will provide blankets, but you are welcome to bring your own!
About the Instructor:
Ariane Michaud, a seasoned professional in dance and performance, discovered yoga as a tool for injury prevention and stress relief. Having attended classes all over the world, she deepened her practice with a 200-hour Teacher Training in Thailand and continued her learning in Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing. In 2024, Ariane founded Consciously Produced, an event production company dedicated to fostering connection and community. Passionate about holistic well-being, Ariane aims to help individuals integrate yoga and meditation into their lives for enhanced physical and mental resilience while honoring the roots from which these practices emerged.
