As the days get lighter and longer, this session is designed to help you find rest.We will start with some restorative yoga - slow, passive stretches using bolsters, blocks and blankets to help find a sense of ease and relaxation. This will be followed by some “yogic sleep”, where the body lies comfortably at rest while the mind is guided into a deep state of meditation.
