Join Michael van Soest & Tyler De Freitas for a rejuvenating experience of blissful restorative yoga combined with soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls.Tyler has a depth of yogic study and experience with an ability to take you into a deeper connection with your yoga practice. Tyler will be leading you through a series of yoga postures that are designed to support your body to deeply rest and rejuvenate. These postures will be held for longer periods of time (up to 10 minutes). 😌
Michael (Ten-Nash-Ka) and his intuitive nature with an educational background of music harmony (through his Piano studies) will be playing a set of 15 singing bowls, all tuned to each perfect note in 432hz that will be able to resonate the entire body. Ten-Nash-Ka will be playing the bowls all throughout the entire event, during the yoga, to quickly and easily drop into a healing trance state of awareness.
The combination of the soothing frequencies and restorative yoga provides you with an opportunity to truly let go. To rest. To leave all of your cares, worries, responsibilities and obligations outside the studio door and give this time to nobody but yourself. No distractions. No interruptions. Simply rest.

Plenty of props (bolsters, cushions, blankets, blocks etc.) are available to assist you in finding the optimal position to release and let go of all physical tension and slip into a state of pure relaxation. ✨
