Join me for a candlelit 90-minute journey into deep rest and healing.�We begin with a gentle, passive Restorative Yoga practice where each pose is held for several minutes, fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help your body completely let go.From there, we melt into stillness and soak in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes, designed to help release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and guide you back to balance.
Perfect for anyone feeling overextended, anxious, or just in need of serious rest.

What to Bring:
* Wear comfortable, cozy clothes — think soft textures, layers, socks… yes, PJ’s are welcome.�
* Bring anything that makes you feel safe and held (eye pillows, a scarf, a special stone).�
* Eat lightly beforehand — we’ll be lying down for most of the class, so a full belly might not feel so dreamy. Try to eat at least an hour before.�

🚗 Parking:�Free 2-hour parking is available behind the building in the Paul Mall lot, or you can find free street parking nearby.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 hours prior to class. Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your credit or fee. Refunds are not available.
