Join Charlotte Mabry and Laura Cherry for a series of spacious Sunday afternoon events which will open the body, pacify the nervous system, and balance the mind for a luscious practice of self-care.
Charlotte will lead a Restorative Yoga sequence to open and ground the body. When the body settles, the mind begins to calm, dropping inward towards the rhythm of the natural breath, and our fast-paced “monkey mind” is put at ease.
While your body is unwinding, Laura Cherry will lead an immersive Sound Bath using an array of therapeutic sound instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, elemental chimes, tuning forks, steel drum, and mantra on harmonium. The pure tones and vibrations invite the mind into a relaxed, meditative state that can improve mood, ease physical tension, and “tune-up” your nervous system.
