Join us for a restorative yoga event designed to soothe your body and calm your mind. Start the new year with a gentle session, and learn some stress relieving self-care tools that can be practiced on your own.
What to Expect:

✨ Breath Work: Guided techniques to center your mind and deepen your connection to the present moment.
✨ Vocal Toning: Learn self regulating sound techniques to help decrease stress.
✨ Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the relaxing vibrations of harmonic sounds.
This session is perfect for anyone seeking balance, relaxation, or a gentle reset. No prior yoga experience is required. Needed props will be provided.
It’s recommended to bring a water bottle. Please arrive fifteen minutes before and give ample time to find parking.

Her mission to understand the delicate balance of the mind, body, and spirit. She incorporates a wide variety of instruments and specializes in various modalities with crystal bowls and tuning forks.
