🌙 Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath 🌙
Step away from your desk, release tension, and restore your body after a long day. This gentle restorative yoga practice is perfect for anyone who spends long hours sitting or wants to support their posture. No experience is needed—your body simply melts into the poses, fully supported by blocks and bolsters, held for 5–10 minutes while soothing sound vibrations guide you into deep relaxation.
